A Letter From Our President

We welcome 2021 as a year of hope and rebuilding. While the Covid-19 pandemic continues to devastate many communities and families, we must continue to advocate for and rebuild our social institutions of education, work and social well-being.

I am proud to join the New Ways to Work team as President and Executive Director. As we enter 2021, New Ways to Work has revised its vision, mission and value statements to reflect our dedication to the field of youth workforce development.

Current Initiatives

Youth Ecology Corps
We design and implement programs that leverage public works investments with Workforce Development and other public resources to expand opportunities for youth through an ecology corps approach.
Youth Workforce Development
We work with Workforce Boards, Community-Based Organizations and others to improve program quality and create comprehensive, connected youth-serving systems.
Quality Work-Based Learning and Employer Engagement
We build high quality tools and materials to support effective Work-Based Learning systems, expand employer engagement capacity and build talent pipelines to the jobs of the 21st century.
High School Improvement
We help schools integrate Career Development approaches, build Career Pathways, engage new partners and effectively prepare students to be successful in both college and careers.
