| New Ways and its partners developed a five-stage model describing the
process of connecting schools and youth-serving organizations with workplaces
and community resources. It is designed to help communities and their intermediary
organizations visualize and identify their stage of development in attaining
their goals. The Stages also provide a roadmap to continuous improvement
and system building. |
