Quality Work-Based Learning (QWBL)



The Quality Work-Based Learning Initiative (QWBL) supports youth practitioners with engaging workplace partners and providing high quality work-based learning for youth. Since the late 1980's, New Ways has designed systems and developed tools, materials, and trainings that help practitioners engage workplace partners and provide high-quality, work-based learning experiences to support national, state-wide, and local efforts. Utilizing state of the art tools and frameworks , New Ways facilitates training and strategic planning sessions for educators and youth practitioners. New Ways has also developed two comprehensive toolkits to support quality work-based learning from the perspective of educators, youth practitioners, organizations, employers and workplace partners, and youth.
