Engaging Workplace Partners
 The Engaging Workplace Partners Initiative supports educators and youth practitioners with strategies for engaging workplace partners and for building their capacity to provide high quality work-based learning for youth. The Engaging Workplace Partners Initiative is a part of the Quality Work Based Learning Initiative . Beginning with the New Ways Workers Network in the late 1980's, New Ways to Work has designed systems and developed tools, materials, and trainings related to workplace partner engagement. Since that time, New Ways has delivered dozens of workshops, trainings, and content conference calls on the topic of engaging workplace partners - both from an organization and from the engagement specialist's perspectives. |
